Terms of Service

By installing DiscountIQ ("App", "Service") on your Shopify store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("Merchant") and Harrods Health Private Limited.

DiscountIQ is a Shopify app that enables merchants to create and manage discount offers including BOGO promotions, product bundles, volume pricing, campaign scheduling, margin intelligence, and storefront widgets. The App operates within the Shopify platform and is subject to Shopify's Platform Terms of Service.

• DiscountIQ is available on a monthly subscription basis. Billing occurs through your Shopify account.
• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• There are no per-order or per-conversion charges — you pay only the flat monthly fee.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Free trial periods (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the App to create fraudulent or deceptive discount offers
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Use the App in a manner that violates Shopify's Terms of Service or Partner Program Agreement
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its functionality
• Use the App to process discounts for illegal goods or services

All intellectual property rights in the App (including code, design, trademarks, and content) remain the exclusive property of Harrods Health Private Limited. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own Shopify store(s).

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Margin calculations provided by the App are estimates based on data you input. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on these calculations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harrods Health Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the App shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by uninstalling the App. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately if you breach these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
